Position Summary

This is a temporary part-time grant position reporting to the Director of Project M.O.S.T. The Program Evaluator designs and executes systems to review the programming offered in Project M.O.S.T. This position also documents the strengths and weaknesses of program and makes recommendations for improving the program’s success.

Required Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree.

Three years of managerial experience working in a structured program environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation

Knowledge and understanding of a college academic environment

Skilled in active listening by giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times

Knowledge of current data-gathering techniques and technology
Ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information

Ability to interact in an effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to maintain team-oriented attitude for training others in the program and a professional demeanor for interacting with students and other stakeholders
